Hello-Hello stampers and paper crafters! Welcome to my blog! I'm so excited for you to hop along the July One Stamp At a Time (OSAT) Design Team Blog Hop! This month's theme is "Creature Comforts". Hmmm...so, what does that mean? Well, I took it for the word "creature" and pulled out my Animal Outing stamp set and coordinating Animal Friends Thinlits dies. That works, right?!! Well, let's check it out.

I've been seeing this layout and technique a lot throughout the internet world, but I've only seen it with two raised panels, not three!! Of course, I had to do something different and outside the box. I took one look at those gators giving each other the googlie eyes that I couldn't help but pair them up with the "wild about you" sentiment!

Two of the colors of cardstock that coordinate with the Animal Expedition paper pack are Call Me Clover and Poppy Parade, which have been embossed with two different embossing folders...Petal Burst and Layered Leaves Dynamic Texture Impressions folder. They were lined with the new Lemon Lime Twist 3/8" Mini Ruffled Ribbon to add a little fun compliment. Add Stampin' Dimensionals to these layers and set into place leaving space for the fun patterns of designer series paper. CUTE!!
Animal Outing Pencil Sleeve
I found some pencils at the Dollar Tree that, in my opinion, really matched up well with our Lemon Lime Twist...so, I bought them! Haha!! I thought it would be kind of fun to create a little sleeve holder made from one of the patterned sheets of Animal Expedition Designer Series Paper to hold them.
With school starting back up in our area in about 4-5 weeks, I think these would be wonderful meet-n-greet teacher gifts. Who can resist that cute little gator and bird? Too cute!
