Lately, Stampin' Up! has been giving us little hints as to what our next month's kit will be focusing on. The hint for this month indicated that it would coordinate with the Animal Expedition Suite of products found on page 27 in the Annual catalog.
This kit was loaded with supplies to create 24 A-DOR-ABLE pillow treat boxes! All of the pieces were die cut, ready to punch out, stamp and assemble. Comes with a wide variety of adhesives, too...dimensionals, glue dots, and Tear and Tape strips!! You don't even need a pair of scissors for this one...can't get any easier than that.
For my alternate project, I hung out with these two love birds. Aren't they just the cutest little couple? I colored them with a variety of Stampin' Blends colors: Balmy Blue, Lovely Lipstick, Granny Apple Green, Mango Melody, and Mint Macaron.
Since the kit was titled "Be Mine", I just had to throw in a Stitched Heart from the "Be Mine" Stitched Framelits Die set. If you are new to my blog and haven't been following me, you'll discover that I'm addicted to the new set of hearts framelits. LOVE them!!
I thought it was fitting to set the two love birds on a bed of Layered Leaves...it's been a while since I've used that embossing folder. The kit included a lot of extra epoxy colored hearts, so I scattered a few across the card.

FUN TIP: All Paper Pumpkin kits come with a set of Photopolymer stamp images. Since you can see through the block to stamp your images, it makes it super easy and efficient to die cut the Stitched Circle first, then stamp. If you want to create this tag in bulk, the Stamparatus will be your best friend to whip them up in no time flat.
