Good morning, my crafty friends!  If you've been traveling along the Stamping Around The World Blog Hop; or, if this is your very first stop, I want to thank you so much for stopping to visit me Lori Mueller, Stampin' Dreams. When the January-June 2020 Mini catalog came out, I was super excited to see that it FINALLY included a stamp set featuring my husbands FAVorite hobby — golf!  His birthday is next month and it is only fitting for me to create this adorable upcycled jar filled with large gum balls to simulate the many golf balls he totes around in his bag.  Every time he hits a ball with a 'hook' or 'slice' (not always a good thing because it means his ball left the main fairway), he'll find his ball, plus, another!  His collection keeps growing...faster than my stamp collection!  Teehehe

Not only did Stampin' Up! come up with the Clubhouse stamp set, but an entire suite of products.  Sure, the Country Club Designer Series paper pack includes sheets showcasing golf carts, golf balls, tees, and flag poles, but there are a number of argyle and plaid patterns, too.  Meaning, this paper pack has patterns that can be used year-round.  That's a huge plus for the well-rounded paper crafter!

Of course, with a suite of products, there are some wonderful tools and accessories to adorn a project.  The coordinating Golf Club Dies include 14 dies — not only do they coordinate with the Clubhouse stamp images, but several of them line up to images found in the Country Club Designer Series paper.  YAY!  The Garden Green golf cart shield you see in the center and plaid banners were all die cut from the same patterned sheet.  The wooden pieces come from the Country Club Elements and really add some great dimension and connectivity to a golf course.  Depending on where you live, most golf courses are landscaped with a wide variety of trees, evergreens, and shrubbery...very woodsy.

Here's a sneak peek of my project included in the May Stamping Around The World Tutorial Bundle.  It was my inspiration when designing my card.  Can you see the detail in the Absolutely Argyle 3D Embossing?  If you ask me, this handsome texture is not just for the golf nut.  I'm thinking winter sweaters and sweater vests.  LOVE!
