These Tombstone Treat Boxes are fantastic to create a little Halloween scene on the front of the box. My vision was to create the entry to a spooky grave site using the Black Glimmer paper to die cut the fencing. The lonely tree was die cut from Early Espresso with a single owl die cut from Gray Granite cardstock. All the dies to create my graveyard come from the Frightful Tags Dies set.
A good, spooky headstone has to include some sort of message. I used the circle die from the Frightful Tags Dies to cut a Flirty Flamingo moon. To make it look like a 'Blood Moon', I used Daubers to sponge some Pumpkin Pie ink and a smidgin of Tuxedo Black Memento around the edges.
The best part of this is whole project is adding some chocolates/candies! Before assembling the top box, I used one of the tag dies from the Frightful Tags Dies to die cut an opening so that the recipient could see the beautifully wrapped candies using multiple selections of the Cute Halloween Designer Series Paper. To keep the candies from falling out, just add a piece of Window Sheet to the back of the opening.
