A Paper Pumpkin Thing Blog Hop — With Love & Gratitude Alternate Card Idea

APPT Hop Header-Image

Hello stamping friends!  Welcome to my creative share with the A Paper Pumpkin Thing (APPT) blog hop group!  Our creative crew is a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators who are collaborating to create alternate projects using the supplies (plus, additional supplies) that come with our monthly Paper Pumpkin kits.  Each month, my Paper Pumpkin subscribers and members of my Stampin' Up! family (Lori's Dream Team) receive exclusive tutorials to beautiful alternate projects.  The creative fun should never stop with just the designs that come in each box! *wink-wink*

With Love & Gratitude September 2023 Paper Pumpkin

This month's blog hop is working with the With Love & Gratitude (September 2023) Paper Pumpkin kit.  It contains the supplies to make eight mini cards and eight little gift bags.  The cards come with adorable little coordinating envelopes, too!  Once the supplies are used up to create those projects, I like to focus on creating a fun alternative card using the kits stamp set, plus, additional supplies and tools from my own stash.

APPT Hop-With Love Gratitude-Front-Stampin Dreams Lori Mueller-DSC07236
The color combination is magnificent this month!  I incorporated every single color into my card—Copper Clay, Crumb Cake, Lost Lagoon, Mossy Meadow, Pebbled Path, and anything Gold.  I started with a Crumb Cake card base (5-1/2 x 8-1/2)—perfect color to show off the rest of the colors featured in the kit.

APPT Hop-With Love Gratitude-Flat LT-Stampin Dreams Lori Mueller-DSC07232
I took another piece of Crumb Cake cardstock measuring 5-1/8 x 3-7/8 and embossed it with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder.  This one is a new one found in the September-December 2023 Mini catalog.  So pretty!  I matted that layer with Pebbled Path cardstock that measures 1/8" larger than the embossed layer (5-1/4 x 4).  That was added to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

APPT Hop-With Love Gratitude-RT-Stampin Dreams Lori Mueller-DSC07238
Here's where the Gold comes in.  I heat embossed the large floral image with Gold embossing powder onto Lost Lagoon, Copper Clay and Mossy Meadow.  Each one was die cut with the Tailor Made Tags Die and accented with some Gold 3/8" Satin Edged Ribbon tied at the top of the die.  I planted each one onto the card using Stampin' Dimensionals in a kitty-wompass arrangement.  The sentiment was inked with Pebbled Path onto Very Vanilla cardstock and added to the card with dimensionals.  So quick, easy, and elegant!

At this time, you are now ready to hop on over to the next A Paper Pumpkin Thing designers blog.  You won't want to miss traveling on as I know they will have something fun, beautiful and exciting to share with you.  If you prefer to work your way backwards, you can click your way through the blog list found below.  Either way, be sure to work your way through all of the blogs so you don’t miss any of the wonderful inspiration!

Stampin' Up! Trip Achievers Blog Hop — Harvest Meadows Healing Thoughts

GV Blog Hop Banner-WesternCaribbean

Welcome to the Grand Vacation Trip Achievers Blog Hop for November. The theme for the hop is anything currently offered in our catalogs and we are all excited to share some beautifully handcrafted projects with you!

You may be starting from here at my blog, Lori Mueller - Stampin' Dreams, or you may have come here from the previous person to me on the list. Please be sure to click the person after me to move along the blog hop. If you get off track at any time, the full line up below will help you move along from blog to blog.  I was inspired to create my card share from two different sources… a card pictured in the Mini Catalog (Page 54) and a non-Stampin’ Up’ card makers blog.

Harvest Meadows Sympathy-Watercolor RT-Stampin Dreams Lori Mueller-DSC05074

Creative Tips:

  • I am using a mix of Stampin' Up!'s new papers listed with the Harvest Meadow Suite.  The Fall season is my utmost favorite season and the Harvest Meadow designer papers really hit the mark with a lovely combination of colors and patterns. I really love the Cork Specialty paper! I am still in awe how a paper can replicate the actual feel and texture of a sheet real cork!  I threw in a couple layers of Vellum cardstock to soften the patterns; and, die cut all layers with the same rounded Basic Borders Die.

Harvest Meadows Sympathy-Watercolor Supplies-Stampin Dreams Lori Mueller-DSC05071

  • Bring on the watercolor!!  Instead of using the Harvest Dies to die cut straight from cardstock or designer paper, I decided to watercolor pieces of Basic White cardstock with Cajun Craze, Bumblebee and Soft Succulent ink.

Harvest Meadows Sympathy-Watercolor Close-Stampin Dreams Lori Mueller-DSC05084

  • Once the paper had dried, dies run through my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine, I used my Soft Suede Stampin' Write marker to splatter ink onto the Fall elements. They were arranged and set in place with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Harvest Meadows Sympathy-Watercolor LT-Stampin Dreams Lori Mueller-DSC05075

The sentiment comes from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set, inked with Soft Suede and stamped onto Basic White cardstock. Once die cut with label die from Harvest Dies set, it was added to the card front with Dimensionals.

Thanks for taking part in our blog hop. With so many amazing ideas and inspiration filled with amazing projects throughout the hop, you won't want to miss a single one! Remember you are currently at (Lori Mueller's -- Stampin' Dreams blog), so please check the blog hop line up below and be sure to click the next blog participant's name on the list.

PPXCrew-BlogHop-Header

Hello my stamping friends!  Welcome to our first PPX Crew Monthly Blog Hop!  I am so excited you are here.  Our Crew is a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators who are collaborating to create alternate projects using the supplies (plus, additional supplies) that come with each monthly Paper Pumpkin kit.  Each month, my Paper Pumpkin subscribers and members of my Stampin' Up! family of demonstrators receive exclusive tutorials to beautiful alternate projects created by our PPX Crew.  Well, now we are creating a 2nd alternate project that is being shared with everyone!

This month's blog hop features the lovely Haunts & Harvest (September 2021) kit.  I chose to focus on the stamp set included with the kit and the coordinating Harvest Meadows Designer Series Paper because the kits treat packages are so stinking cute that I have assembled them per the instructions and will be handing out to colleagues and students.

PPXHop-Sept Haunts Harvest Fall Blessing Timber EF-Stampin Dreams-Lori Mueller-DSC04925

The Crumb Cake cardbase has one of the Misty Moonlight patterns from the Harvest Meadows Designer Series paper pack with a strip of Misty Moonlight cardstock on the right.  The Very Vanilla layer was first dry embossed using the Timber 3D Embossing Folder, then die cut the center with a Stitched Rectangles Die (2-1/8 x 3-1/2).

PPXHop-Sept Haunts Harvest Fall Blessing Close Ribbon-Stampin Dreams-Lori Mueller-DSC04927

For a bit of Fall color, I bordered the left edge of the Timber embossed layer with a strip of Bumblebee cardstock.  Garnish the open frame area with a piece of 3/8 Diamond Weave Ribbon finished off with Linen Thread tied into a bow.  Adhere to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.

PPXHop-Sept Haunts Harvest Fall Blessing Inks-Stampin Dreams-Lori Mueller-DSC04919

Adhere the Stitched Rectangle die cut directly to the card front.  Ink and stamp the large leaf image from the Haunts & Harvest Paper Pumpkin kit with Pumpkin Pie and Bumblebee, adding the veins with Soft Suede ink.  The small leaf was inked and stamped using Soft Succulent, Poppy Parade and Pale Papaya ink pads.  All of the leaves were fussy cut (hand cut using Paper Snips) and added to the center using Multipurpose Liquid glue with exception to the Bumblebee large leaf.  It was added with a Dimensional.  The sentiment was inked with Misty Moonlight and stamped onto a scrap of Very Vanilla cardstock and added to the card front with Dimensionals.

At this time, you are now ready to hop on over to the next PPX Crew designers blog.  You won't want to miss traveling on as I know they will have something fun, cute and exciting to share with you.  If you prefer to work your way backwards, you can click your way through the blog list found below.  Either way, be sure to work your way through all of the blogs so you don’t miss a thing!

Stamp It Blog Hop — Banner Year Thanksgiving

Hello stampers and crafty friends! I'm so happy you are here.  Welcome to our October Stamp It Blog Hop!  You may be starting from here at my blog, Lori Mueller - Stampin' Dreams, or you may have come here from one of the other Stamp It members blog...either way, make sure to click the blog next in line to move along the hop and not miss all of the great inspiration.

October2016-TeamStampIt-Header

This month's hop theme is a season I'm not quite ready for...Thanksgiving Theme!  I know that November falls in our lap tomorrow morning, and we've already had our first snowfall of 3 inches, but it just doesn't seem like Thanksgiving should be right around the corner.  The Banner Year stamp set is filled with a ton of different images that cover almost every holiday within the calendar year.

StampItHop-Banner Year Thanksgiving-Lori-DSC03128
I chose a variety of my favorites to assemble this little simple ensemble.  The Pumpkin Pie panel shows off the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing folder, which embodies the gathering of family and friends.  This was layered at an angle onto a piece of Cajun Craze cardstock and then adhered to the front of Whisper White Thick card base.

StampItHop-Banner Year Thanksgiving Close-Lori-DSC03137

The main focal point is made up of a lot of scrap strips — Plaid Tidings Designer Series paper, Cajun Craze cardstock and Gold Foil paper.  The little squirrel was stamped with Soft Suede and die cut from the larger scalloped circle found in the Tasteful Labels Dies set.

StampItHop-Banner Year Thanksgiving RT-Lori-DSC03130

For a little contrast color, I die cut the banner from Just Jade cardstock and garnished with Linen Thread before setting into place with Stampin' Dimensionals.  The little squirrel was set with Stampin' Dimensionals with the sentiment ink in Cajun Craze onto Whisper White and cut apart for added character.  Sooo cute! A simple layout that provides a lot of warmth of home.

Would you like to create this super cute Thanksgiving card?  I have posted the entire supply list below and made it easy for you to click on any of the images to add to your shopping cart from my online store.  I would be so very grateful to you and your support for shopping with me.  Check out my Dreamers Loyalty Reward Program...I love what I do and very much appreciate YOU.  So, I pay it back and reward my loyal customers with a FREE shopping spree. Stamp It Blog Hop — Falling into Spooky Halloween

Hello stampers and crafty friends! I'm so happy you are here.  Welcome to our September Stamp It Blog Hop!  You may be starting from here at my blog, Lori Mueller - Stampin' Dreams, or you may have come here from one of the other Stamp It members blog...either way, make sure to click the blog next in line to move along the hop and not miss all of the great inspiration.

Sept2016-TeamStampIt

This month's hop theme is a selection that I find easy to create...Halloween & Fall!  They really go hand-in-hand...pumpkins of all sizes and changing colors in the leaves.  The only exception is that the Fall season really isn't all that spooky and scary.  :)

StampItHop-PlayfulHalloweenLT-Lori-DSC02771
I decided to go with a clean and simple card that didn't include any stamping.  Eeeek!  Sometimes, you just gotta let the beautiful designer series paper and framelits do all the talking.  The subtle pattern in this Cajun Craze piece from the Magic In This Night Designer Series paper pack is my favorite and is matted with Blackberry Bliss.

StampItHop-PlayfulHalloweenBoo-Lori-DSC02773

The main focal point is made up of a layer of Metallic Mesh Ribbon, a Blackberry Bliss Ornate Frames die, a Silver Foil Ornate Frames die, and topped with the Playful Alphabet die cut from Black Glitter paper.  The Silver Foil portion was popped up with Black Stampin' Dimensionals.

StampItHop-PlayfulHalloweenFlat-Lori-DSC02774

The silver shine from the Metallic Mesh Ribbon and the glitter from the word 'BOO' is the perfect subtle combination to create a fun, spooky Halloween.

Creative Inking Blog Hop — Falling In Love With Fall

Hello stampers and crafty friends!  Today our amazing Creative Inking designers have created an inspiring group of projects themed as "Fall In Love With Fall".  You may be starting from here at my blog, Lori Mueller - Stampin' Dreams, or you may have come here from the very talented Colleen Vassos' blog. Please be sure to click the 'Next' button (found below) to move along the Creative Inking blog hop to see all the beautiful projects.

CreativeInking-HeaderImage

Recently, I asked a question on my Stampin' Dreams with Lori customer page if there was one thing you could give up, which one would it be?  Resoundingly, the answer was COFFEE!  Yikes!  Some people had never tried it and some tried drinking coffee and didn't like it; therefore, won't be touching the 'stuff' again.  LOL!

CreativeInkingHop-PressOnCoffeeTinFront-Lori-DSC02759

With that being said, I decided my project covering our theme would include COFFEE!  Teehehe!  I know, I'm such a rebel. LOL!  There's a new stamp set called Press On, that is perfect for the next point I want to make.  This stamp set includes images of coffee cups and coffee beans, buuuut, you can also use the coffee cups for hot tea, too. :)  I also have been aching to use my new Rectangle Tins that will hold a variety of chocolates, note cards, small gifts of jewelry, candies, etc.

CreativeInkingHop-PressOnCoffeeTinLT-Lori-DSC02763

Instead of creating a belly band, I went with decorating the top of the tin.  The closure is very secure, so I was safe knowing the lid will not open on it's own without a little help.  It is Pumpkin Latte season, so I chose to use a Pumpkin Pie cardstock matte to one of the lovely patterns found in the Plaid Tidings 6" x 6" Designer Series paper pack.  The Detailed Trio punch was perfect to match with the rounded corners on the tin.

CreativeInkingHop-PressOnCoffeeTinRT-Lori-DSC02761

The focal arrangement uses a die from the Wreath Builder Dies set cut from Shaded Spruce cardstock.  It fits perfectly around the 2-3/8" Layering Circle die cut from Vellum.  The coffee/tea/hot chocolate cup image was inked in Soft Suede and stamped onto Very Vanilla.  I inked a second time and stamped the center 'sleeve' onto Soft Suede cardstock, but out and glued in place on the original image.  There are no dies or punches that coordinate with the Press On stamp set, so you'll have to 'fussy cut' (hand cut with Paper Snips) the cut image.

CreativeInkingHop-PressOnCoffeeTinSupplies-Lori-DSC02756

Add the cup to the center of the wreath section with Stampin' Dimensionals.  The sentiment was stamped onto a Pumpkin Pie strip using Soft Suede ink, glued to the center of the 'sleeve', and garnished with a Linen Thread bow.  Adhere the whole panel to the top of the tin using Stampin' Seal+ adhesive.  Fill the tin with your gift of choice.  I found these wonderful Krispy Kreme Cappuccino Coffee Thins — 4 of them fit beautifully inside.  YUM!

Want to know how this card came together?  Here's my Facebook Live demonstration I did today sharing tips and tricks on how it all went together.

Stamp It Blog Hop — Happy Fall Y'all Candy Topper

Hello stampers and crafty friends! I'm so happy you are here.  Welcome to our August Stamp It Blog Hop!  You may be starting from here at my blog, Lori Mueller - Stampin' Dreams, or you may have come here from one of the other Stamp It members blog...either way, make sure to click the blog next in line to move along the hop and not miss a beat.

August2016-TeamStampIt-Header

This month's hop theme is one of my favorites—Happy Fall!  But, Fall can capture so many different aspects of the season...leaves, pumpkins, harvested crops, and cool, crisp mornings.

StampItHop-EverythingEssential-FallTopperFront-Lori-DSC02681
One of my favorite Fall projects is to create tag toppers for yummy chocolates and snacks.  I mean, really, look at that CUTE pumpkin smiling right back at you adorning that tag topper!  I chose to incorporate two new stamp sets found in the August-December 2020 Mini catalogEverything Essential and Banner Year.  Both sets have a corresponding punch bundled with them, but I chose to use them just for the images.  They compliment each other well using smaller sentiments with single images.

StampItHop-EverythingEssential-FallTopperRT-Lori-DSC02685

Using the candy wrapper as my color palette, I saw coordinating Stampin' Up! colors — Granny Apple Green, Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze and Whisper White.  Isn't that funny how we relate all things in the retail world to the Stampin' Up! color families?  LOVE it!  The Granny Apple Green and Plaid Tidings designer paper tag topper was created using a couple of layers of dies from the Celebration Labels Dies set.  The pumpkin image was inked with Cajun Craze, stamped onto Pumpkin Pie and die cut using the Layering Circles Dies.  To accent the shiny candy wrapper, the image is matted with a scalloped Brushed Cardstock layer with 'messy' nest of Gold Linen Thread from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo pack.

StampItHop-EverythingEssential-FallTopperLT-Lori-DSC02684

The sentiment is one of my favorites...Happy fall, y'all!  Although, I really don't talk that way in real life...only when I'm adding a pun to a conversation or spicing up a greeting with a group of friends.  :)

StampItHop-EverythingEssential-FallTopper-Lori-DSC02679

The fun thing about this style of treat packaging is that your recipient will see the beautiful tag BEFORE they divulge into the chocolate candies, right?!!  Haha!

Creative Inking Blog Hop — Gratefulness to Gather Together

Hello stampers and crafty friends!  It's November and the weather couldn't be more fall-ish and beautiful.  So, welcome to another episode of our Creative Inking Blog Hop!  You may be starting from here at my blog, Lori Mueller - Stampin' Dreams, or you may have come here from the very talented Colleen Vassos' blog. Please be sure to click the 'Next' button (found below) to move along the Creative Inking blog hop to see all the wonderful creations.

CreativeInking-HeaderImage

Everyday should be a day of gratefulness, but November is the month that recognizes it the most.  I love the Gather Together bundle found in the Holiday catalog, and before the snow starts flying later this week, I wanted to get one more creation made to compliment the nice weather we've been having.

CreativeInking-GratefulGatherTogetherFlat-Lori-DSC00660

This card is loaded with all of Gather Together Suite of products...right down to using each and every coordinating color connected to the Come To Gather Designer Series paper pack.  When I started laying out the different pieces — leaves, squares, ribbon, sentiment layer, etc., I systematically lined up everything in a straight line according to a grid.  Then, I got to thinking...leaves don't fall to the ground in a straight line!  So, the reason for the kitty-whompus arrangement.  LOVE it!

CreativeInking-GratefulGatherTogetherClose-Lori-DSC00659

The larger leaves were die cut from a piece of cardstock that was heavily spritzed with Rubbing Alcohol to help differentiate the embossed sections...plus, the leaves would dry with a little curl and bend.  The smaller leaf die was sponged with Early Espresso ink, then die cut from the cardstock.  The ink on the die transferred to the cardstock, adding a bit of color to the inlaid embossed sections.  Pretty cool, huh?!!

CreativeInking-GratefulGatherTogetherFront-Lori-DSC00652
Since the panel of leaves made the card a bit busy, it was only fair to add a bit of Ribbon and a small Cajun Craze bow to the wooden Tags & Feathers Element.  All nested on the woodgrain pattern from the Come To Gather Designer Series paper.  I can never get enough of woodgrain designer paper, can you?

Now, if you have ever thought about getting more for your money purchasing all of your favorite Stampin' Up! products, I highly recommend that you purchase the Starter Kit and save 20% with each purchase.  There really isn't anything to lose...only lots to gain!  But, until you make that leap to join my Stampin' Up! family and fill your starter kit with new Holiday catalog products you'll find the ingredients listed below, and I've set it up super easy for you to click on any of the images and add to your shopping cart in my online store.  I would be so very grateful to you and your support for shopping with me.  Check out my Dreamers Loyalty Reward Program...I love what I do and very much appreciation YOU.  So, I pay it back and reward my loyal customers with a FREE shopping spree. You fill my cup!

So with one click you can be on your way to soak in some more inspiration showcasing more Gratefulness creations using supplies from the Holiday catalog from the rest of the group.  Your next stop on the hop will be with our very creative, Dena Rekow.  I know her creation will be fabulous...she'll have a gorgeous creation (or two) to share with everyone. Click on the 'Next' button and you'll be at your next stop.  Have fun filling your inspiration bucket...don't forget to come back real soon.  :)

Stamp It Blog Hop — Gather Together for The Season

Hello stampers and crafty friends! The fun never ends for papercrafters, especially when it's time for the October Stamp It Blog Hop!  You may be starting from here at my blog, Lori Mueller - Stampin' Dreams, or you may have come here from one of the other Stamp It members blog...either way, make sure to click the blog next in line to move along the hop and not miss a beat.

October2016-TeamStampIt-Header

This Fall season has been flying so we will be sharing all sorts of handmade cards and giftable projects that hit several occasions...Fall, Thanksgiving, and even Christmas. YIKES!  I chose to stick with the current weather and focus on the few days of Fall that we'll see before the snow starts flying.

StampItHop-GatherTogetherDiaperWipeRt-Lori-DSC00306

For my card, I'm featuring the Gather Together Suite of products.  I'm super happy to see one of the patterns from the Come To Gather designer series paper pack is a woodgrain pattern.  That just never seems to get old for me and is a natural and neutral pattern to include for any style of creation.

StampItHop-GatherTogetherBabyWipeFlat-Lori-DSC00308

When I first saw the Gather Together stamp set, the first thing I got excited about was the one large leaf image.  I haven't done the Diaper Wipe technique in ages and it seems like the last time I played with it was creating a fall-type card.  Funny!  I chose to use the coordinating colors from the Come To Gather designer series paper pack — Pretty Peacock, Cajun Craze, Early Espresso and Pear Pizzazz to create my own "ink pad".  You start with a strofoam plate (or something that won't soak through to your work surface) and one baby wipe folded in half, then in half again.  To create your color palette that will be your "ink pad" for the leaf image, place 5-6 droplets of each ink color on the baby wipe.  Continue to do this with each color, filling in big gaps and let the droplets 'wick' together naturally.  Ink up your leaf image and stamp on the Whisper White piece of cardstock to create your own 'designer paper'.  You'll see magic when the image picks up the ink that you randomly dropped onto the baby wipe.  So cooool!

StampItHop-GatherTogether-WoodDisc-Lori-DSC00313

I loved the idea of stamping the sentiment on one of the wood pieces from the Tags & Feathers Elements packs, but I did find it a bit difficult to get any of the Classic ink colors to show up with a crisp and clear image. The ink wanted to soak into the wood piece, so I suggest using Tuxedo Black Memento ink to stamp onto the wood piece.  It is a more permanent ink and will less likely fade into the wooden element.  The wooden piece rests on a Cajun Craze scalloped circle and is garnished with a Cajun Craze linen thread bow (comes from the Come To Gather Ribbon Combo pack).

Would you like to create this super easy card trying your hand at the baby wipe technique? Check the supply list I have posted below and click on any of the images to add it to your shopping cart in my online store.  I would be so very grateful to you and your support for shopping with me.  Check out my Dreamers Loyalty Reward Program...I love what I do and very much appreciation YOU.  So, I pay it back and reward my loyal customers with a FREE shopping spree. Creative Inking Blog Hop — Gathering Together for Octoberfest

Hello stampers and crafty friends!  It's October 20th; and that means another series of our Creative Inking Blog Hop!  You may be starting from here at my blog, Lori Mueller - Stampin' Dreams, or you may have come here from the very talented Colleen Vassos' blog. Please be sure to click the 'Next' button (found below) to move along the Creative Inking blog hop to see all the wonderful creations.

The temps have really been on a roller-coaster in my area...low 80's one week, then close to freezing temps the next.  As the leaves change color and blow around the yard, I'm realizing that Fall is here and winter is not far behind.  We never have a very long time to enjoy my favorite season....Fall.

CreativeInking-GatherTogetherFront-Lori-DSC00258

So, I'm playing with my Gather Together Suite of products and really loving all of it.  The Gather Together stamp set, coordinating Gathered Leaves Dies, and each beautiful sheet included in the Come To Gather Designer Series paper pack.  I've been on a hot streak creating cards that use more than one pattern...simply because they all compliment each other so well.  Aren't the concept artists for Stampin' Up! just sooo smart!  They have very keen eyes, that's for sure!

CreativeInking-GatherTogetherFlat-Lori-DSC00267

Fall leaves can include very vibrant colors, so I chose to use the Magnolia Lane Large Specialty Memories & More Cards & Envelopes pack.  I just LOVE the texture of the card bases.  It is different than our Crumb Cake cardstock...more natural and warm in touch and appearance.  Also, it really shows off the beautiful color of the Pretty Peacock cardstock that mattes the 3 designer paper patterns.

CreativeInking-GatherTogetherRt-Lori-DSC00261

I went very simple with this card and only wanted to use embossed leaves in Cajun Craze, Pear Pizzazz and Copper as the focal point.  The Ribbon comes from the Come To Gather combo pack and oh-so soft to tie bows and knots. YUM!!  This layout could sport any occasion, but the "Wishing you well" sentiment was inked in Pretty Peacock and will be going to a male friend of mine who has been experiencing some health issues for a while.  I hope it brings a smile to his face and warms his heart. :)
