Easy Love For You Tea Boutique Card Set

Hello Friends!! I've been looking through the Last Chance List to see what is still available to purchase; and, much to my surprise, I found some wonderful products with great discounts still on the shelves! So, I'm here today with a fun project share that showcases a fun and easy Tiling Technique. I showed how to put these together during my Sunday Stampin' Dreams Facebook Live on April 23, 2023. Look for the video and link at the bottom of this post. If you need to purchase any of the supplies, I've listed them at the bottom, too. I highly suggest you place an order quick because I guarantee that you'll want to grab these sale items before they disappear for good.
I started out selecting 5 different patterned papers from the Tea Boutique pack that coordinated with the 5 card bases. From there, I pulled a coordinating cardstock color from each patterned paper to use as the matte layer and Love For You Dies. I die cut the center to create a frame using the Stitched Rectangle Dies...the one that measures 3-1/8" x 2-3/4". This set of dies is also on the Last Chance List. I literally shed a tear because this set of dies has been one of my go-to sets. Love-Love-Love them! I filled in the center with a piece of Vellum cardstock to tone down the card front so it wouldn't overwhelm and steal away from the focal center I was adding.
This one is the Sweet Sorbet cardbase with a Parakeet Party cardstock layer that compliments the Tea Boutique Designer paper. The small and large flower images are part of the Love For You stamp set and are stamped with Sweet Sorbet and Petal Pink ink...two more colors pulled from the patterned paper.
There isn't an image to stamp the flower centers, so I filled them in with Silver studs from the Adhesive Backed Studs embellishment pack. Perfect shape!
This card uses a Crumb Cake matte layer, Tahitian Tide and Crush Curry for the die cut words and flowers...kind of a Hawaiian vibe, don't you think? I love how one card layout is receptive to several different occasions that were supported by various sentiments found in the Love For You stamp set...Congratulations and Thanks. I know a couple female colleagues who are retiring at the end of this school year, so I wanted to wish them well traveling their next journey. Then, there are a couple of Lori's Dream Team members who have helped others discover their creative side. So proud of them!
The Petal Pink matted frame layer, the die cut "for you" in Starry Sky and Sweet Sorbet, stamped flowers and sentiment were all popped up, while the Vellum cardstock layer was adhered directly to the card front to reflect a window effect and depth.
In my opinion, I believe this one is the boldest and brightest of them all. The matte layer is Starry Sky with Parakeet Party and Tahitian Tide for the die cut words and flowers. Each finished card was connected to its coordinating envelope and is now ready for my message and delivery. A quick and easy set of 5 cards all set for a wonderful celebrations and acknowledgement!
